The Non-Technical Intern will join the Video and Content team to create engaging video content using AI-driven tools, helping to showcase customer and student stories that illustrate the impact of Ellucian's products.

Responsibilities
Help build and support a growing video content team that showcases real customer and student experiences, highlighting how Ellucian products positively impact individuals and institutions
Learn and experiment with emerging AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Synthesia, and others to support video ideation, creation, and editing, and management
Capture, produce, and edit compelling stories from customers and students that demonstrate real-world outcomes and meaningful impact
Partner with the sales team to create targeted video content that explains why specific products resonate with particular customer audiences
Capture video footage from events and personal student experiences that emotionally connect with prospective students and broader audiences
Qualification
Required
A strong interest in storytelling, video creation, and creative media
Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools
Basic experience with video production, editing, or digital content creation (academic, personal, or extracurricular projects welcome)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on a small, fast-moving team
Creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn through hands-on projects and experimentation
Attention to detail and an eye for capturing authentic, engaging moments
Comfort balancing multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, film/media studies, journalism, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
