Responsibilities

Manage multiple project tasks related to procurement and implementation of health programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Support the project manager with assigned tasks, including preparing estimates, project plans, and schedules
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, reporting on outcomes and success criteria
Coordinate between technology, operations, and business processes to support enterprise initiatives and project dependencies
Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders related to process automation, data management, and administrative improvements

Required

Active PMP certification
At least 5 years of experience working directly with business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
At least 5 years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements
At least 5 years of Agile experience and at least 2 years working across the full SDLC
Experience with tools such as Jira, Jama, Confluence, Smartsheets, MS Project
