Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and synthesize research across formative, iterative, and evaluative phases
Run hardware-focused studies involving real-time prompts and instructions (e.g., gestures, movement, physical interaction)
Independently operate study workflows, tools, and prompts (no additional execution support)
Use scripting and programming to support study setup, execution, and data collection
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to inform product strategy and iteration
Manage vendors as needed to augment research capacity
Qualification
Required
~3+ years of UX research experience
Strong scripting and programming skills - JavaScript and Python are required
Hands-on experience with hardware-focused UX research (not software-only)
Comfortable working autonomously and owning research execution
Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence cross-functional teams
