Data Analysis Manager

Responsibilities
Synthesize and analyze complex data sets to deliver actionable insights and reporting for SBG leadership teams
Develop and maintain dashboards, models, and analytical frameworks that support strategic planning and operational efficiency
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting and analytical outputs
Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, operations, and strategy to align analytics with business goals
Leverage modern analytics tools and AI-enabled techniques to enhance data analysis, forecasting, and decision support
Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders, enabling informed decisions at the leadership level
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or strategy and operations roles
7 + year's experience working with structured data sets and developing analytical models
Experience working with analytics tools such as SQL and Python
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field
Experience supporting cloud, security, or technology-focused organizations
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Experience applying AI-enabled or advanced analytical techniques to business problems
Background partnering with sales, finance, or go-to-market teams
Proven ability to lead analytical initiatives and influence decision-making at senior levels
Experience building dashboards and reporting for senior leadership audiences
