Responsibilities
Service Commercial Lines Book of Business
Endorsements
Billing/payments (invoice transactions, record payments, prepare finance agreements)
Claims
Create new/renewal business submissions
Loss runs (create letters, order loss runs / obtain/order experience modifiers)
Gather & help complete supplemental applications & supporting documentation
Issue certificates, evidence of insurance, auto id cards and binders
Check and mail out policies
Create proposals for agent- if needed
Cancellation tracking and processing (pending and cancelled)
Audit tracking
Bond
Remarkets
Quote account rounds for existing CL business
Keep up with carrier updates and underwriting information
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Obtain and maintain applicable licensing
Proficient in PC operating systems- Applied Epic
Proficient Microsoft office
Knowledge of and experience with Carrier websites
Knowledge of and experience with Comparative rater websites
Preferred
College degree
Industry knowledge
