Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant
LHH is a well-established legal team in West Palm Beach seeking a Legal Assistant with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions. The role involves supporting a team of attorneys with various real estate matters and delivering exceptional administrative and client service.
Responsibilities
Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents such as purchase and sale agreements and leases
Manage billing processes, including reviewing and editing prebills and time entries
Provide comprehensive administrative support: calendar management, conflict checks, expense reports, and deadline tracking
Coordinate communications, schedule meetings and video conferences, and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
Maintain organized and confidential legal files (both electronic and paper)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a law firm setting, with a focus on commercial real estate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong grammar, spelling, and communication skills
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities
Familiarity with legal billing and case management systems (experience with iManage or Coyote is a plus)
