Qualification
Required
Experience in Financial Planning and expertise in creating and managing budgets to align with organizational goals
Proficiency in financial reporting, including preparation and analysis of Financial Statements
Strong foundation in Finance and Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
Proven leadership ability and experience in managing and mentoring finance teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with compliance regulations and financial risk management strategies
Preferred
CPA or CFA certification is a plus
Previous experience in the financial or investment industry is an advantage
