Administrative Assistant

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Regional Leaders and the Regional Home Health support team. The role involves scheduling meetings, managing schedules, and performing various clerical duties to ensure efficient operations within the team.

Responsibilities

Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, and department activities for the Regional Leaders, Regional Home Health support team and other members as directed by the Regional Vice President (Regional Team)
Assist the Regional Team in the management of their schedules
Assists with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, phone correspondence and collating
Sort and distribute mail
Handle large-volume mailings
Organize and prioritize large volumes of information
Handle confidential and non-routine information
Arrange meetings, securing location, preparing agenda in advance and acting as recording secretary preparing and distributing action minutes
Work independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Act as a project manager for special projects which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and organizing company wide events
Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc
Effectively utilize computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Perform monthly inventory of medical supply closet, refrigerators, first aid kits, and AED machines to ensure all materials remain properly stocked and no expired products are present
Perform all other duties as designated by management
