Salcomp Manufacturing USA is seeking a Test Technician to manage and maintain testing equipment for production line quality and efficiency. The role involves troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and coordinate replacement for damaged testing instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, analyzers)
Verify and calibrate new testing equipment, label with asset numbers, and log information in the system
Prepare and revalidate test samples based on customer requirements and production needs
Track spare parts usage, manage inventory, and handle procurement requests
Manage idle/damaged equipment, report for scrapping or reassignment, and coordinate inter-site transfers with necessary documentation
Support MES integration by providing hardware to production lines and ensuring system registration
Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with financial audits

Required
