Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis and reporting for HR and other Corporate functions
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
Analyze financial results and variances, providing actionable insights
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance
Prepare presentations for leadership and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
Experience in Finance and/or Accounting
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Auditing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with GFS, Essbase, and/or SAP
Good technical accounting/US GAAP knowledge
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including the ability to identify key trends and drivers and the proven experience translating financial data into meaningful, concise information
Ability to develop solutions and/or innovative ideas to problems and ensure that solutions are consistent with the organization's objectives
Ability to interface in a global team environment with various levels of management, staff, and other functional areas
Strong organizational and people skills with interests in building strong business partnering relationships
