Responsibilities

Collaborate with 150+ companies to ensure a smooth migration from ServiceNow to the new on-premises platform
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing concerns and troubleshooting issues
Coordinate with internal procurement and legal teams to meet onboarding deadlines
Monitor project milestones and escalate risks or challenges as needed
Ensure compliance with Comcast’s internal security and operational standards
