Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace is a global community that unites fashion, music, and movement. They are seeking a hands-on, high-energy Brand Marketing Manager to own the brand end-to-end and shape its presence across various touchpoints, including social media and community activations.

Responsibilities
Brand & Collection Storytelling: Develop narratives for each drop, collection, or capsule to elevate the brand culturally and commercially
Social & Content: Lead Instagram & TikTok strategy; produce and approve content that reflects the brand’s DNA and aesthetic
Lookbooks & Editorial: Direct visual campaigns, editorial shoots, and seasonal lookbooks
Influencer, Seeding & Gifting: Build authentic relationships; manage outreach, gifting, and cultural placements
Community & Activations: Plan and execute pop-ups, events, and collaborations that connect with LA’s creative community
Design & Production Collaboration: Work closely with Design and Production to align marketing with product launches, imagery, and seasonal narratives
Retail & Placement Support: Assist with buyer communication, brand storytelling, and wholesale initiatives
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years experience in brand marketing for a fashion label
Hands-on, socially connected, and culturally fluent in LA
High-energy, able to execute across all channels in a small, fast-moving team
Experienced with lookbooks, editorial, social strategy, activations, influencer seeding, and drops
Preferred
Luxury fashion or streetwear experience preferred
Early-stage or first-hire experience a plus
