Director, Finance & Regulatory Compliance – Home Healthcare
W3Global is seeking a senior finance leader with strong healthcare compliance experience to oversee the financial performance and regulatory compliance of home-based healthcare services. This role will lead the finance team, ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations, and manage financial relationships with external partners.

Responsibilities
Lead the finance team supporting home health and hospice operations
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for partner agencies
Build and review financial models (proformas) for existing and new partners
Work closely with executive leadership on financial strategy and performance
Ensure billing, reimbursement, and financial reporting are accurate and compliant
Own the compliance program for home health, hospice, and home care services
Ensure full compliance with CMS, Medicare, and state regulations
Prepare organizations for surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews
Oversee compliance policies, training, audits, and corrective action plans
Monitor ongoing compliance metrics across partner organizations
Manage financial and compliance relationships with external partner agencies
Negotiate and manage contracts and advisory agreements
Work with vendors (billing, compliance, consulting partners)
Support business development efforts by evaluating regulatory readiness of new partners
Present financial and compliance updates to executive leadership and Boards
Participate in strategic planning and long-range financial planning
Lead, mentor, and grow the finance and compliance team
Qualification
Required
10+ years in healthcare finance, operations, or leadership
Direct experience in home health and/or hospice
Strong understanding of CMS regulations, including: Conditions of Participation (CoPs), OASIS, HIS, EVV
Experience managing regulatory audits and surveys
Proven ability to lead finance teams and work with executives and Boards
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Healthcare Administration
Must be local to Hampton Roads, VA and able to work on-site
Preferred
Multi-site home health or hospice experience
Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CHC, CHFP)
Experience with healthcare billing systems and EHR platforms
Master's degree
