Responsibilities
Lead accreditation and regulatory readiness for hospitals and BMG/clinic locations
Manage Joint Commission preparation activities, including mock surveys and rounds
Oversee CMS regulatory compliance and ongoing surveillance across covered sites
Support clinic setup and ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with Quality teams on survey responses and corrective action plans
Oversee Accreditation/Regulatory Coordinators and partner with system compliance leaders
Travel to multiple campuses within the Tampa Bay area
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ years Regulatory Leadership OR 5+ years Quality Improvement
5+ years Performance Improvement experience
Strong background in healthcare regulatory compliance
Demonstrated project and time‑management skills
Leadership or management experience
Preferred
Master's degree
Lean/Six Sigma Certification
CPHQ Certification
Joint Commission experience in hospital and/or clinic settings (strongly preferred)
