The role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory of shipping supplies, and ensuring accurate documentation for shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities
Assemble, order, and prepare goods for shipment
Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability
Load and unload trucks
Receive and unpack materials and supplies
Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes
Complete shipping and receiving reports
Monitor e-mail queue and log all e-mails within the ticketing system
Monitor ticket queue and follow-up on open tickets
Monitor spare parts inventory levels
Ensure parts levels are maintained above inventory thresholds
Process orders for new parts
Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co-workers/teammates and leaders across the organization
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel & Outlook is required
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite, preferred
