Build lasting customer relationships by offering personalized service, demonstrating deep product knowledge, and helping customers find furniture solutions that suit their lifestyles and needs
Achieve sales goals, promote protection plans, manage return rates, and encourage customer engagement with our loyalty program
Support inventory and fulfillment activities within your department
Use technology to assist customers in visualizing their purchases, placing orders, and comparing products
Stay current on product training through digital tools and vendor resources, providing expert guidance and confidently addressing customer questions and concerns
Maintain contact throughout the delivery process and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact, wearing name badge with pride, greeting teammates, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers
Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions to engage, educate, and sell with confidence
Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to create customer relationships and follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves
Share Loyalty program benefits, make sure customers have all they need, and end with a sincere thank-you, keeping in touch with customers through the pre- and post-delivery process to ensure a positive delivery experience

Required

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
Meeting daily sales goal challenges along with Client and Protection plan goals
Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
You can handle electronic devices with no problem
1-2 years of related experience is required
This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level
Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
