Responsibilities
Support departments within State Government including the Department of Mental Health, Department of Health, and the Department of Liquor and Lottery
Perform varying degrees of human resources administrator/generalist work in performance management, supervisory coaching, labor relations, hiring and onboarding, position management, classification, workers' compensation and reasonable accommodation requests
Provide information and guidance to supervisors and managers on employee relations and performance management consistent with Personnel Policies, Procedures, and Collective Bargaining Agreements
Qualification
Required
Five (5) years or more of experience in the field of human resources that includes employee relations or labor relations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
Supervisory experience
Experience with organizational development and training
Labor Relations experience
