Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of litigation from case inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

Conduct legal research and legal analysis

Represent clients in state and federal courts, including hearings, depositions, and trials

Assist with litigation strategy, preparation, and settlement negotiations

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts

Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas as needed

Deliver high-quality legal services using strong litigation skills

Handle matters involving insurance coverage, insurance defense, general liability, and commercial litigation

Conduct thorough case investigations and evidence review

Develop and execute effective litigation strategies

Stay current on developments in New Jersey and New York law

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

2-6 years of litigation experience

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism
