Responsibilities
Leading and managing multiple construction projects from inception to completion
Facilitating project planning sessions to clarify scope, objectives, goals, and performance metrics
Developing detailed project timelines, identifying milestones, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery
Partnering with stakeholders to identify, track, and resolve project issues proactively
Regularly communicating project status to teams and stakeholders
Planning and monitoring project budgets and conducting thorough research and analyses
Actively managing project risk and employing quality tools to drive continuous improvement
Documenting project updates, team learnings, and maintaining accurate project records
Assigning and managing resources effectively and coaching teams to achieve objectives
Sharing feedback and best practices across internal teams to build expertise
Qualification
Required
Have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in construction project management
Are highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Possess strong budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
Demonstrate exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Are proficient in using project management software and tools
Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment and interact easily with field teams and management
