The role involves building strategic relationships with national retail accounts and developing the company’s first formal in-house sales program.

Responsibilities
Build and grow strategic relationships with large national retail accounts while expanding and diversifying the customer base and reducing concentration risk
Lead all sales channels and teams, including internal staff, contract sales reps, trade shows, and showroom activity, in close collaboration with merchant, design, operations, and leadership partners
Develop and implement scalable sales infrastructure, processes, and a formal in-house sales program, using data and insights to drive pipeline management, forecasting, and performance
Drive sustained growth by navigating long national-account sales cycles, identifying new channels and opportunities, and aligning sales strategy with customer, consumer, and market trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
10+ years of sales and account leadership experience, ideally in consumer or retail products, with success growing large national accounts
Experience managing long sales cycles and collaborating with merchant teams on customized or design-driven solutions
Proven ability to build or scale sales teams and sales infrastructure
