Xcel Energy is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager II to support initiatives within End User Services. This role involves managing multiple IT projects and sub-projects, ensuring delivery, documentation, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Product Owners within End User Services to plan and execute IT initiatives
Manage and coordinate multiple sub-projects, including:
MacOS enhancements
Intune enhancements
Deployment of a diagnostic software platform (DEX)
Copilot support initiatives
Organize and maintain all project documentation, including:
RAID logs
Milestones and project schedules
Change logs
Status reports and updates
Architectural documentation
Track budgets, manage financial forecasting, and support cost management activities
Coordinate and attend recurring product team meetings
Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners
Communicate PMO deadlines, requirements, and deliverables clearly and consistently
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution
Ensure alignment with Agile delivery practices across all assigned workstreams

Required

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience with: Project planning and scheduling
Experience with: Budgeting and financial management
Experience with: Risk and issue management
Experience with: Stakeholder engagement
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Preferred

Experience working in Agile environments
Familiarity with enterprise IT initiatives and end-user services
Experience supporting cross-functional technical teams
