Tire Service Advisor
Take Ten Tire & Service is looking for a Service Advisor who is energetic and team-oriented, emphasizing the importance of customer service. The role involves resolving customer and vehicle-related issues, meeting service sales objectives, and performing administrative tasks accurately.

Responsibilities
Promptly meet and greet every service customer in a friendly and courteous manner
Listen to customers' reasons for bringing their vehicle to the service department
Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy the customers' concerns
Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended
Maintain open communication with technicians and the shop foreman regarding job status updates
Handle minor customer complaints and/or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact, and in a manner that does not exacerbate the issues
Make policy adjustments within the guidelines and budgets established by management
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry
Write and complete work orders, explain the work done to the customer, and collect payments
Strive to ensure that every customer is very satisfied with the level of service the shop offers
Provide superior customer service at all times
Make yourself available for and complete all required and additional training the Company offers
Perform other duties as required by management
Adhere to company policies and legal regulations at all times when conducting business

Strong phone skills
Able to stand for long periods
Ability to work with a computer system
Learn the Tiremaster program
