Housing and Community Development Representative II - Hybrid

Government Administration

Responsibilities

Administer the Department of Housing and Community Development’s complex grant agreements in compliance with state requirements
Independently perform all actions associated with grant management, including file maintenance, database input, monitoring activities, record keeping and reconciliations with accuracy
Monitor and clear Standard Agreement conditions, process fund disbursement requests, monitor grantee reporting requirements, maintain contract files, and provide technical assistance to grantees

Qualification

Required

Must submit a completed STD. 678 application
Must submit a Statement of Qualifications
Must reside in California for telework eligibility
Must pass a pre-employment background check conducted in California
