Responsibilities
Work closely with the departments to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activity and ensure tax compliance
Assist to ensure compliance with all multi-state payroll taxes and sales taxes
Work with withholding and unemployment for numerous states
Review numerous types of business expenses for accuracy
Assist with Accounts Payable duties
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent (Required)
2 or more years' experience in accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (able to work with tables)
Ability to run reports
Experience with multi-state sales and payroll taxes
Preferred
Prefer a two or four year degree
