Responsibilities
Attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions using a variety of sourcing methods, including recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms, and other creative strategies
Develop job advertisements and screen resumes and applications
Contact candidates to assess qualifications and fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring leaders
Extend offers and negotiate compensation
Initiate onboarding plans for new hires
Ensure assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively
Serve as a subject matter expert on complex recruiting, technical, and business matters
Work independently while collaborating with HR partners and leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
7+ years of recruitment or HR experience in a corporate or agency setting
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR systems
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred
