Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address any project risks and issues
Be an objective voice-of-the-business
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints
Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Be a primary contact with project stakeholders
Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, challenges, and changes to scope and timelines
Gather and incorporate partner feedback throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned
Ensure all project documentation is completed and archived
Facilitate the transition of project deliverables to operational teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years' relevant experience in project management, with experience delivering projects on time and within budget
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
