Responsibilities
Strong understanding of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Revise SOPs as needed
Release and Train SOPs
Perform Procedure Release Checklist
Maintain procedures, forms and checklists and other QMS documents
Maintain Procedure & Form Index
Addition and organization of QMS documents in shared drive
Respond to Customer and Supplier Surveys
Collect, organize, summarize, and analyze KPI data
Create KPI action plans, as needed
Support RCCA activities
Internal, External and Supplier Corrective Actions
Knowledgeable in Root Cause Analysis tools - 8D, 5-Whys, Brainstorming etc
Ensure all Corrective Actions are responded to thoroughly and timely
Manage Internal Audit Program
Schedule & Conduct Internal Audits
Write up and maintain Internal Audit Reports
Write up Internal Corrective Actions for internal audit findings
Manage Stamp Holder Program
Maintain Stamp Log
Maintain Signatory Log
Review and Accept Material and Processing Certs
Respond to suspect nonconformities
Coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) meetings as-needed
Interface with Production, Quality Management, and Engineering to resolve
Support Customer and 3rd party audits
Prepare and submit pre-audit paperwork
Prepare and supply objective evidence, as needed
Respond to Customer and Supplier surveys
Perform full contract review and risk analysis for repeat part numbers, when needed
Ensure all customer requirements are incorporated into job/quality planning
Provides technical interface with customers, suppliers, and internal departments with respect to specifications and quality requirements
Perform and Review/Approve First Article Inspection Reports in accordance with AS9102, when needed
Oversee, support and perform calibration
Verify dimensional, functional and other drawing requirements
Support contract review and risk analysis for new, when needed
Support all departments as it relates to quality related procedures and requirements
Cross-training others within the department
Participate in team meetings/projects
Participate in 6S activities & Continuous Improvements activities
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Persons
Education - High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality/Inspection
Minimum of 2 years' experience with QMS activities (calibration, audits, RCCA, etc)
Good English reading and writing skills
Computer Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work 40+ hours, as needed
Full-time work: 8 hours/shift, M-F
Overtime (OT) expected depending on production needs
Positive attitude, good oral and written communication skills, and team player is a must
Regular attendance is critical
Quality Inspection: 5 years (Required)
QMS: 2 years (Required)
Calibration: 2 years (Required)
Audit: 2 years (Required)
RCCA: 2 years (Required)
