Responsibilities
Assisting senior figures with the drafting and discovery phases of the Litigation process as you maintain standards and the diligence the firm built itself on
Handling a variety of Plaintiff side cases across Auto Accidents, Product Liability, Construction Accidents, Premises Liability etc
Play a significant role in the Litigation process as you assist on Dispute Resolution and take point on some cases
Investment into your CPE – the firm will aid you in your development cycle; whether that be networking events and conferences or investing into licenses and courses to progress you
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 Year Experience
Personal Injury Experience (Defense or Plaintiff)
