Responsibilities
Design and develop seasonal collections across intimates and sleep – for men’s and women’s licenses
Create detailed technical sketches, CADs, and tech packs using Adobe Creative Suite and PLM tools
Collaborate closely with PD and Production teams to ensure designs are executable and production ready
Research market trends, color palettes, fabrics, and construction techniques to drive innovation and meet brand aesthetic
Participate in fitting sessions and work with Technical Design to ensure garment fit and function are aligned with design intent
Communicate daily with overseas factories and vendors regarding development timelines, sample revisions, fabric sourcing, and approvals
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution from concept to final production
Support costing initiatives and margin goals by balancing creativity with commercial viability
Maintain organized design files, line sheets, and seasonal documentation for internal and external presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on intimates and sleepwear
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and technical specifications
Hands-on experience with product development and production processes
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and PLM systems
Experience working with overseas vendors and manufacturers
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience designing for both men's and women's categories is highly preferred
