Senior Manager, Sales Operations - Ottava

Responsibilities
Own CRM, opportunity stage accuracy, pipeline reporting, and performance dashboards
Partner with Sales leadership to drive salesforce excellence and productivity improvements
Lead forecasting, demand planning inputs, and pipeline analytics to support S&OP and commercial planning
Manage KPI frameworks, business reviews, and operational routines
Provide insights that shape targeting, segmentation, and resource allocation
This role will also collaborate closely with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic and Monarch)
Qualification
Required
8+ years in sales operations, or commercial analytics
Strong CRM/reporting expertise
Analytical and process‑driven, with strong stakeholder communication skills
