Men in Blazers is the No. 1 Soccer Media Network in the U.S., engaging with fans and brands to share a passion for soccer. They are seeking a Finance Associate to support day-to-day financial operations, assist with accounts payable and receivable, and prepare financial reports.

Responsibilities

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor invoices, talent payments, and client billing
Manage company accounting system to ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
Assist with revenue tracking, including ad sales, sponsorships, licensing, and subscriptions
Support financial analysis to evaluate project profitability and ROI
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and contractual obligations
Assist with financial reviews
Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions
Support finance leadership with ad hoc analysis and special projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting (media, entertainment, or advertising industry preferred)
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Ramp, or similar)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced media environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fast-paced, deadline-driven media environment experience

Preferred

Experience in media, entertainment, or advertising industry
