Responsibilities

Design and deliver TA reporting & dashboards
Administer and optimize SharePoint for TA
Develop Power Platform Solutions
Drive TA process improvement & automation

Qualification

Required

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior experience in data analytics or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience in data analytics
Minimum 5 years' experience using Excel capabilities included Power Query, pivot tables and formulas to analyze, transform and report on data
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, workforce planning or HR analytics teams

Preferred

Experience in Workday Recruiting
Experience administering or supporting SharePoint sites and content
Experience with process improvement or automation methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving and data storytelling skills
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
