Qualification
Required
Event planning, coordination, and execution skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor interaction
Proficiency in budgeting, negotiating, and vendor management
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
