Coordinating with clients
Managing inventory and scheduling
Liaising with vendors
Supervising event setup and breakdown

Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure all events meet high standards and align with the company’s mission of excellence in hospitality

Required

Event planning, coordination, and execution skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred

Familiarity with hospitality industry standards is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
