Sales Development Representative
Ryan is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to contribute to their sales efforts by identifying and connecting with potential clients. The role involves researching and engaging with financial professionals to drive the sales pipeline and setting up meetings for Account Executives.

Responsibilities
Research and identify key contacts within accounts, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to create effective outreach strategies
Initiate conversations with financial professionals to understand their needs and challenges, positioning Tax.com as a valuable solution
Proactively follow up on inbound/outbound leads and strategically prospect new opportunities
Engage with prospects through calls and emails, consistently setting up meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in Salesforce to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups
Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Previous exposure to sales or business development roles, ideally within 6-12 months
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade
Excellent organizational abilities and a talent for managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
A driven and goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Valid driver's license
