Responsibilities

Manage paid media strategies for digital and non-digital client media programs (i.e., TV, display, social, and SEM) along with agency partners and Visa’s media team
Support and work cross-functionally with Client Marketing leads, agency partners and internal Visa teams during media plan development, including prepping brief documents, creative production, analyzing media performance, and executing necessary optimizations
Identify key opportunities to pitch media opportunities to clients, including ways to integrate clients into Visa’s sponsorship partnerships like NFL, Olympics, FIFA World Cup, and more
Active participation in ideation and development of media POVs, test and learn opportunities, development of team media trainings, and custom, innovative media executions for Visa clients
Manage status call meetings with agency partners, vendors, and platform partners
Strong management of media plan, project timeline, finance, and budget tracker
Interest in client facing role and effective presentation skills

Required

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Work experience with majority in marketing roles that involved both digital and non-digital media campaign management and execution
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong project management skills and experience coordinating cross functional, end-to-end projects that include a high level of detail
Team player able to work on multi-part projects across teams and able to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
Ability and initiative to self-manage when necessary and ability to multitask to support multiple efforts as needed
Experience running meetings with internal and external customers and users
Positive relationship management skills and ability to influence decision makers both internally and externally
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
SEM experience a plus
Strong strategic thinker and problem solver focused on results who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive and appropriate urgency
Interest in researching, analyzing trends and interpreting data to uncover insights
Executive presence and ability to present and represent Visa both internally and with clients
Collaborative and 'hands-on' teammate who builds strong relationships internally and externally, and works well under pressure, thriving under tight deadlines
Uses good judgment and communicates up, down and across effectively
A passion for project management and attention to detail
