Responsibilities
Support the development of long-term organizational strategy
Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc., as needed
Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy
Assess market trends and competitors
Identify threats and opportunities
Present findings, projections, and recommended actions
Plan, implement, and manage proposed recommendations and projects
Monitor and report on projects and initiatives
Support senior executive decision-making processes
Qualification
Required
Related experience as a strategic planner or business analyst
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
Strong project management skills
Communicates effectively
Identifies multiple paths to success using analytical and critical thinking as well as decision-making skills
Exercises sound judgement, prioritizes effectively, and strives for continuous improvement
Effectively collaborates with colleagues
