Responsibilities
You will be responsible for working with a team of engineers executing complex engineering projects
You will be responsible for overseeing the creation, development, and execution of system design, development and implementation
You will be responsible for work that is high quality and on schedule
Typically has strong knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the program/project
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering/related field
A minimum of 3 or 5 years related work experience with DoD Systems Engineering
Frequent communication with senior leadership in the form of presentations, white papers, staff meetings, and daily correspondence
Management of hardware and software projects
Ensuring engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformity with an organization's established policies and objectives
Ability to coordinate and direct project plans to accomplish the desired objectives
Maintaining strong relationships with government customers, subcontractors, and vendors
Experience with Configuration Management, Drafting, Test and Network engineering processes
An active Secret Security clearance

Ability to work independently and in a team
Satellite Control Network (SCN) experience
Radio Frequency antenna experience
Microsoft or Linux server experience
Network modeling experience
Confidence to make high-level decisions
