Responsibilities
Working with members of our Service Desk Consulting team in providing proactive and reactive remote service and support to our clients, via telephone, email and remote control
Working with members of our Field Consulting team in providing onsite service and support to our clients at their offices in the Greater Pittsburgh area
Responding to monitoring alerts
Setting up new desktop and laptop computers
Installing, managing, configuring and troubleshooting software on desktops and laptops
User account maintenance, including: adding new user accounts; setting-up new user desktop profiles and email profiles; deleting user accounts; and resetting passwords
Providing support to business end-users for help with various issues
Qualification
Required
Candidate should be either a junior or senior in college
