Settle and reconcile trades (fixed income)
Account reconciliation
Monitor cash movements
Manage confirmations/ affirmations of trades with external counterparties
Help with any process improvement (streamlining/ automation)
Help book trades into the firm's Order Management System
Security Master setup
EOD wires

Qualification

Fixed Income OperationsReconciliation skillsExcel proficiencyBloomberg familiarityMulti-taskingHigh-volume experience

Required

Bachelor's Degree along with a strong overall GPA
Proficient with Excel
Familiarity with Bloomberg
Must be a multi-tasker
Strong reconciliation skills
Strong background with Fixed Income products
Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume environment
