Responsibilities
Process Analysis: They analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Process Improvement: They develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, often leveraging technology and automation
Collaboration: They work with various departments and stakeholders to ensure that process improvements align with business goals
Documentation: They document process changes and ensure that new processes are well-defined and understood
Monitoring and Evaluation: They monitor the performance of new processes and make ongoing adjustments to ensure continuous improvement
Business Investment Analysis: They are responsible for conducting ROI, CoO models, IRR, etc analysis to assess pros/cons of business investment in projects
Cost Management: They track project costs and enable costs to be under budget at project completion
Support Engineering Technology Owner through interfacing with multiple cross-functional groups within the company for e.g Manufacturing, Operations, Reliability, Packaging, Finance etc
Manage and deliver, per plan, multiple projects and required documentation to satisfy global onsemi technology development and acquisition (TD&A) specifications
Lead and/or collaborate directly and indirectly with reporting program managers
Communicate effectively and efficiently to senior management, executive staff and other project stakeholders
Continuous efficiency improvements to business process flows
Conduct and capture project post-mortems and other project learnings to strengthen our business processes and standards
Qualification
Required
A technical B.S. degree or higher
10+ years in program management or program management experience in semiconductor industry combined with business, operations, engineering, or product management
Semiconductor technology, manufacturing, new product development experience
Preferred
Broad, cross-functional experience in semiconductor development and manufacturing
