Mid LevelVeeAR Projects Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Certificate of Insurance Subject Matter Expert to assist their team in onboarding Service Providers. The ideal candidate will have a background in the commercial property and casualty insurance industry, focusing on Certificate of Insurance coverage requirements.

Responsibilities
Provide expert knowledge of P&C insurance processes as it pertains to our coverage requirements
Act as a liaison when reviewing and approving COI's submitted by insurance agents on behalf of potential service providers, or renewal review of expired COI's
Translate complex insurance concepts into clear actionable documentation of requirements Ie: Sample COI's
Assist in the development and refinement of our current Certificate of Insurance Standards to match the industry standard on required coverages
Experience working in CMMS programs such as Service Channel to review compliance related documents submitted (COI) for onboarding approvals or rejections
Assist with additional operational tasks surrounding onboarding service providers and ensuring their compliance
Qualification
Required
Knowledgeable and experienced Certificate of Insurance Subject Matter Expert
Background in the commercial property and casualty insurance industry
Focus on Certificate of Insurance coverage requirements per statute
Description of services for each type of service provider congruent to their required coverage
Expert knowledge of P&C insurance processes as it pertains to coverage requirements
Act as a liaison when reviewing and approving COI's submitted by insurance agents
Translate complex insurance concepts into clear actionable documentation of requirements
Assist in the development and refinement of Certificate of Insurance Standards
Experience working in CMMS programs such as Service Channel
Assist with additional operational tasks surrounding onboarding service providers
Commercial insurance professional (risk management, compliance, COI review specialist, or P&C underwriter/broker)
