Administrative Assistant to the Business Development Team
Solomon Page is a rapidly growing private investment firm focused on the U.S. lower middle market, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support its Business Development team. The role involves providing administrative support, maintaining CRM systems, and coordinating logistics for various events.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Development team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and call preparation
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting support
Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations and follow-up communications
Coordinate logistics and administrative support for conferences, roadshows, and industry events
Assist with onboarding and organization of client and prospect information
Facilitate internal communication to ensure timely task completion
Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of administrative or operational experience, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment
Strong technical skills and comfort working in a tech-enabled setting
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
