Responsibilities
Provide assessments, individual & group therapy, and crisis intervention for children, adolescents, and adults
Facilitate relationships between families, schools, local agencies, and the community
Support holistic care and referrals for families
Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain communication, standardize procedures, and ensure effective treatment delivery
Qualification
Required
Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field
Valid licensure (LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSWA, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT)
Bilingual in English & Spanish required
Experience with EMR and Microsoft 365
Minimum 3 years of experience working psychotherapeutically with culturally diverse children and families (0–5 years preferred)
Knowledge of parent-child therapeutic models, attachment theory, early child development, and trauma-informed care
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
