Responsibilities
Support the management of the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns including outreach, gifting, briefing, tracking, and reporting
Own and nurture relationships across all tiers of talent, from emerging creators to established names
Oversee a mix of paid and organic partnerships that align with product launches, brand storytelling, and cultural moments
Help concept, plan, and execute advocacy events and IRL experiences that bring the brand to life and support earned media strategy across the core portfolio of brands
Collaborate closely with the media and consumer engagement teams to integrate influencer content into paid strategies and align on performance targets while testing new affiliate programs and opportunities with a consistently strategic mindset
Qualification
Required
Highly organized
Understand how to track and analyze performance of campaigns
Nurture relationships across all advocacy partners
Proven track record of supporting impactful advocacy programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and amongst an inter-agency team
Preferred
Culturally connected with their finger on the pulse of the latest emerging trends, features, and platform changes
