Responsibilities
Promote and sell our products to architects, designers, contractors, and other industry professionals. Serve as product manager for our entire product line to the A&D community
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the design and architecture communities to generate product specifications and drive sales growth
Collaborate with architects, designers, and specifiers to identify project requirements and provide tailored solutions using our full product line
Create and deliver compelling presentations and technical demonstrations to educate customers about the features, benefits, and applications of our products
Prepare and submit accurate and detailed product specifications for inclusion in project plans and specifications
Conduct regular site visits, attend industry trade shows, and participate in networking events to build brand awareness and expand the customer base
Conduct market research, staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to non-structural architectural lumber
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion, providing this insight and recommendations to management
Qualification
Required
Interest in working for a company that values hard work and loyalty
Bachelor's degree or experience in architecture, interior design, construction management, or related fields
Proven experience in sales or specification development within related fields
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations and technical demonstrations
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
This role is a Safety Sensitive position and subject to routine drug screenings
