Responsibilities
Drive the successful delivery of strategic programs that strengthen data quality, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management
Ensure that data-related processes, controls, and governance structures are designed, implemented, and monitored with rigor, transparency, and consistency across the enterprise
Qualification
Required
Deep experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile), with the ability to tailor approaches for governance and control‑focused initiatives
Strong understanding of data governance principles, control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT), and enterprise risk management practices
Demonstrated experience working within regulatory compliance requirements in a highly regulated financial‑services environment
Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑phase projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition
Ability to partner effectively across business, technology, data management, risk, and compliance teams to drive alignment and accountability
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess control gaps, interpret data, and recommend remediation strategies
Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and control tracking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive‑level reporting, governance materials, and risk updates
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and similar PPM platforms
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira for backlog management and sprint planning
Ability to build, interpret, and maintain dashboards and reporting that demonstrate control adherence, data‑quality metrics, and governance KPIs
Experience using data analysis to identify process inefficiencies, assess control performance, and support continuous improvement
