Responsibilities
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients
Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
Process requests for background screening for various cloud environments
Manage trials for Office offerings
Assist with personnel screening process
Manage multiple shared mailboxes, triage incoming requests, and provide timely responses to customers
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of experience in the field
Previous experience with personnel security screening
Minimum 4 years of experience with proficiency in all MSFT suite tools; focused on Excel and PowerPoint
Minimum 4 years of experience with strong customer service/ people skills
Minimum 4 years of experience with business and project management and strategic planning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage one's time
Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Proficient knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
Proficient knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc
Preferred
PMP certification is preferred and will be prioritized
