Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven excellence in customer service, patient scheduling, and referral processing
Experience in hospital or medical office insurance billing, registration, or admitting

In-depth understanding of major medical insurance plans and government health programs

Computer proficiency: Microsoft Outlook, word processing, and navigation of hospital scheduling/registration systems (GE Centricity, Cerner, PBAR preferred)
