Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans
Define go-to-market strategies, including target market identification, positioning, and pricing
Collaborate with marketing, sales, regulatory, global commercial development, medica affairs and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
Define requirements for market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape and work closely with the market research teams to execute
Analyze data to inform product positioning and launch strategies
Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise
Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and standards
Collaborate with regulatory affairs to obtain necessary approvals and certifications
Ensure VOC (voice of the customer) is present in the decision-making regarding launches
Work closely with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
Provide training and support to sales teams and customers
Monitor product performance and gather post-launch feedback
Identify areas for improvement and work with GCD (global commercial development) to implement enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related field is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical device/ pharma industry
Proven track record of successfully launching medical devices or related products
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the medical device industry
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel as needed
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
