Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics to support community growth and health
Analyze community behavior to uncover insights related to:
Engagement and participation
Contributor retention
Moderation health and ecosystem sustainability
Partner closely with Community Growth, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, UX Research, Data Science, and Success teams
Serve as a strategic thought partner, helping stakeholders understand trends, drivers, and opportunities
Turn ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations
Present insights in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
Experience in analytics, insights, or data analysis roles supporting growth, marketing, product, or community teams
Strong ability to analyze user or community behavior at scale
Hands-on experience with dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar)
SQL or equivalent data querying tools
Comfort working in highly cross-functional environments
Strong storytelling skills — you can explain the 'why,' not just the 'what'
Preferred
Experience with online communities, social platforms, or user-generated content ecosystems is a strong plus
